No Contact: Text here instead ("the App") is designed to help users manage the urge to contact an ex during the no-contact period after a breakup. The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device:

• Breakup date
• Last contact date
• No-contact streak data
• Urge intensity logs
• Messages written inside the app ("Unsent Messages")

This data is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not have access to your personal content.

B. In-App Purchase and Subscription Information

The App offers optional premium access through:

• an auto-renewing weekly subscription; and
• a one-time lifetime purchase.

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase validation, subscription status, and premium access.

RevenueCat may process limited purchase and transaction information, such as:

• purchase history
• subscription status
• purchase or renewal dates
• transaction or receipt information
• an anonymous RevenueCat user identifier

We do not collect or store:

• your credit card information
• your bank details
• your billing credentials

Payment information is handled directly by Apple.

Weekly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove Premium access; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.

We use purchase information only to verify purchases, maintain subscription status, restore purchases, and determine whether Premium features should be unlocked.

C. Technical Information

The App may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• App version
• Device type
• Operating system version

This information is used only to maintain app functionality and improve stability.

We do not collect:

• Contacts
• External messages
• Location data
• Camera data
• Microphone data
• Personal identity information

3. How We Use Information

Information is used only to:

• Provide core app functionality
• Track no-contact streaks
• Enable premium features after purchase
• Improve technical performance

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data.

4. Data Storage & Retention

All user-generated content is stored locally on your device.

If you delete the App, your stored data may be permanently removed.

The App does not currently offer cloud storage or account-based syncing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to process in-app purchases through:

• Apple
• RevenueCat

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Your Rights (EU / GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to data processing
• Withdraw consent

Because all personal content is stored locally on your device, you may delete your data at any time by deleting the App.

7. Age Restriction

The App is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that data has been collected from a person under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
